Leadership Transitions in Security Department
Covenant Village celebrated Robbie Pendleton’s retirement as Director of Security and honored his 16+ years of faithful service. Over the years, Robbie has been much more than a leader—he has been a trusted presence, a steady hand, and a friend to so many in our community. His kindness, dedication, and quiet strength have left a lasting mark on Covenant Village, and his impact will be felt for years to come. Robbie believes you should always leave things better than you found them. At the conclusion of his service as Director, Robbie assembled a Security team of ten experienced security officers, including two women with tenured police force experience. As Robbie begins his well-earned next chapter, residents, staff, and resident family members shared heartfelt thanks, celebrated the difference Robbie has made, and wished him joy and blessings in retirement. You may see him occasionally at the Welcome Center or around campus as Robbie plans to support the Security Team as needed. That’s dedication!
