The Villager newsletter has a new look.

As a part of Covenant Village’s continuous branding and marketing efforts, Covenant Village has launched a new look for The Villager newsletter, beginning with the April 2024 issue.

The Villager is a monthly digital newsletter emailed to approximately 650 households on the Covenant Village Future Resident Wait List. The Activities Department produces each edition in collaboration with Marketing and Admissions to keep future residents informed, engaged, and connected to community life at Covenant Village. Each issue is also accessible to current residents on Wellzesta in the documents folder.

A Collaborative Approach

“As a digital publication, we can now make The Villager accessible to our entire Covenant Village community, including resident family members and staff,” said Sherry Cheney, managing editor of the newsletter.

A Newsletter Team of staff, residents, and professionals was formed to assist with content development, writing, photography, graphic design, and communications. The collaborative approach will enable Covenant Village to develop and expand content with input from the people, programs, and services that make Covenant Village a vibrant community.

Future issues will feature resident stories, staff highlights, Master Plan updates, wellness tips and strategies, community news, philanthropic celebrations, and recipes from Dining and Nutrition. Watch for articles about Women’s Health, the splendor of Covenant’s natural surroundings, continuing to live with purpose in retiremebnt, and the legacy of our fathers.
